Educational assistant Kevan Henshaw, 32, of Ottawa, has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting three boys.
The reported incidents allegedly began in September 2022, and involved three male teenagers under the age of fourteen, while the accused was working as an educational assistant for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. (OCDSB).
Henshaw was charged with three counts of sexual assault, three counts of sexual interference with a person under the age of 16, and one count of telecommunications with a person under the age of sixteen (decoy).
Investigators are concerned that there are other victims in this case and that other incidents may have occurred while the accused was employed by the OCDSB, as well as during his other employment with young people in Ottawa as well as in Nova Scotia.
