Jordan’s background
- With over 15 years of service, Jordan began his RCMP career in the Lower Mainland, working in several units before heading north to the North Island for four years.
- He was later promoted to Commander of Gabriola Island, where community policing truly meant knowing everyone by name (and likely their dog too).
- When he’s not at work, Jordan stays busy coaching his kids’ hockey teams and helping out with baseball—proving his leadership skills extend well beyond the office and into the rink, rain or shine.
- A Vancouver Island local, he enjoys hockey, golf, and fishing, and can often be found juggling family life and community involvement with the same quiet confidence he brings to the job.
Whether he’s connecting with youth, coaching from the bench, or leading his team, Jordan believes trust is built one conversation at a time—and maybe a few extra hours at the arena along the way.
If you happen to see Jordan out and about, please do not hesitate to say hi and have a chat with him.
