Const. Bojan Antal is charged with sexual assault, two counts assault, breach of trust, criminal harassment, intimidation, three counts of uttering threats and two counts mischief
It is alleged that in 2014, the accused assaulted the victim. In 2025, the accused assaulted, sexually assaulted, harassed, intimidated, and threatened the victim.

He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, on January 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in room 204.
Constable Antel was assigned to Traffic Services, has 12 years of service and is suspended with pay as per the requirements of the Community Safety and Policing Act of Ontario.
