The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has charged Victoria Elizabeth Hilliard with second-degree murder and issued a Canada-wide warrant for her arrest.
Hilliard is charged in connection with the Dec. 12, 2023, homicide of 42-year-old Mark O’Keefe in Fort McMurray.
RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating Hilliard.
She has blue eyes and a fair complexion, is 5-foot-7 and 139 pounds. She has blonde hair but changes her colour frequently.
She is known to have many tattoos including: a mermaid on left wrist, butterflies on left forearm, triple moon on upper left forearm.
Hilliard is currently believed to be in the greater Toronto area. If seen DO NOT APPROACH call 911 or your local police.
