On Nov. 23, 2024, Enoch RCMP received a report of the death of a 33-year-old fighter during a Mixed Martial Arts Event on Enoch Cree Nation. The investigation was assumed by the Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit who has been working collaboratively with the Edmonton Chief Medical Examiners Office to determine as cause of death and ascertain if there was any criminality.
The manner of death has been deemed as non-suspicious and RCMP have concluded their investigation.
