Members of the London Police Service arrested a 43-year-old London man yesterday evening in relation to failing to comply with his release order.
On August 29, 2025, the accused was released from custody with a number of court-imposed conditions stemming from sexual assault charges laid last week.
On September 3, 2025, the accused was observed to be in breach of one of those conditions by being at a community centre in the south end of the city while not in the direct and continuous presence of his surety.
London police were notified of the incident and commenced an investigation.
As a result, Jamie Cain, 43, of London, has been charged with one count of fail to comply with release order.
The accused remains in custody and is expected to appear in London court today in relation to the charge.
