Norway House RCMP seized more than 1kg of crack cocaine, Canadian currency, drug paraphernalia, and a baseball bat following a traffic stop. The drugs seized have an approximate street value of over $100,000.
On Dec. 23, at approximately 11:15 pm, Norway House RCMP conducted the traffic stop on Osborne Street. While speaking with the driver, officers had noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle.
A 49-year-old male, a 37- and 31-year-old female, and a 16-year-old male were all charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
All suspects were released on an Undertaking.
