Thieves broke into the Wadena funeral home and stole a small amount of change.
Wadena RCMP say that they got three reports of break-ins in Wadena at the same time. The food bank was broken into and gift cards were stolen. The curling rink was broken-in and a sum of cash was stolen.
Investigators believe the break-ins occurred very late on Dec. 14 or early on Dec. 15. Police say it can’t be confirmed, but they believe these incidents are related.
Wadena RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of Sask. RCMP Forensic Identification Services.
