WINNIPEG, Man., — The Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit continued to investigate the death of Jamie Raymond Asham and has ruled it a homicide.
On June 4, 2026, just after 7 p.m., with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team (TST), the Manitoba Integrated Violent Offender Apprehension Unit (MIVOAU) attended to a residence in the 600 block of Pritchard Avenue and arrested a female without incident.
Nicole Marie Lagimodiere, 40, has been charged with second-degree murder and was detained in custody.
On June 5, at 1 a.m., with the assistance of TST, MIVOAU attended to an apartment complex in the 1-99 block of Park East Drive and arrested a male without incident.
Lance Pavel Beardy, 33, has been charged with second-degree murder and was detained in custody.
