WINNIPEG, Man., — The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP. MIHRSOU today provides information regarding Lorne Bradburn, 22 years of age, a convicted offender considered high risk to re-offend in a sexual and/or violent manner.
Bradburn was released from Stony Mountain Institution, Manitoba, on May 27. He has been in federal custody for violent offence convictions for 1,472 days.
Bradburn is expected to reside in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Bradburn has a history of violent offending and remains a high risk to re-offend.
