The Toronto Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad for the arrest of Bolo’s #15, Nicholas Singh, in Toronto, on November 21, 2025.
Singh was wanted for being unlawfully at large. He was serving a five-year, five-month and 10-day sentence for robbery and firearm-related charges when he went on the run on May 31, 2024. Singh was allegedly in possession of a firearm, extended magazine, and ammunition when he was arrested yesterday.

It is alleged that:
- on Friday, November 21, 2025, at approximately 11:20 p.m., police attended the Bathurst Street and Dupont Street area
- officers attended the area and located the suspect in a vehicle
- the suspect was arrested without incident
It is further alleged:
- that officers located a firearm, extended magazine, and ammunition
Nicholas Singh, 23, of Toronto, has been charged with:
- Possess Restricted or Prohibited Firearm without Holding a Licence and Registration Certificate
- Possess Firearm Other Than Restrict or Prohibited Firearm Knowingly not holding a Licence
- Possess Prohibited/Restricted Weapon or Prohibited Device Knowing no Authority
- Occupy Motor Vehicle with Firearm
- Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
- Possess Firearm with Altered Serial Number
He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Court, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 10 a.m., in room 105.
