He had numerous online usernames on Snapchat, Tik tok, Discord, Instagram
The Toronto Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Section, with the assistance of Homeland Security Investigations Toronto, and Connersville Police Department (Connersville, Indiana), would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in an International Luring and Sexual Extortion investigation.
It is alleged that:
- the accused was communicating with a person under the age of 16 through several social media platforms
- the accused used the following online usernames:
- Snapchat: xsamaelx19
- Tik Tok: subhansami81924
- Tik Tok: x3ssex
- Tik Tok: deadasfloidek
- Discord: rottn9teen
- Discord: 9teendead#0
- Discord: 9teendead
- Instagram: sml19x
- Instagram: smlx19
- Instagram: 8subhan24
- Instagram: 824subhan
On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in The East Mall and Rathburn Road area.
Muhammad Subhan Khan, 23, of Toronto was arrested and charged with:
- Luring a Child Under 16 Year
- Invitation to Sexual Touching
- Make Sexually Explicit Images Available to a Person Under 16 Years
- Luring a Child Under 18 Years
- Make Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Possess Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Access Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Make Available Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Extortion
He is scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 2 p.m., in room 201.

There are also resources available through the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health for those who have a sexual interest in children. The new Talking for Change program is the first of its kind in Canada and provides national and all-ages help for those concerned about their risk to use child sexual exploitation material or offend sexually against a child.
