The Winnipeg Police Service’s Homicide Unit continues to investigate the murder of Matthew Robert Pelletier and have arrested four suspects between July 7 and 16.
Derek Donald Franklin, 43, Charlie Bronson Keeper, 37, Eric Jade Wirffel, 40, and Clinton William Wirffel, 40, are charged with second-degree murder.
On February 25, 2025, at approximately at around 3 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a residence in the 500 block of Magnus Avenue in regards to concern over the wellbeing of a male.
