Three men are facing multiple charges after a targeted drug trafficking investigation led to a late-night arrest and the seizure of drugs, cash, and illegal firearms.
The Saskatoon Police Service’s Guns and Gangs Unit, supported by the Tactical Support and Warrant Enforcement Teams, conducted a traffic stop near Circle Drive West and 11th Street West just before midnight on July 4. Multiple individuals were taken into custody.
The following day, police executed search warrants at two residences—one in the 1500 block of Shannon Crescent and another in the 6000 block of Clarence Avenue South. Officers recovered significant evidence, including 377 grams of cocaine, 7.74 grams of methamphetamine, 48 hydromorphone pills, $4,660 in Canadian currency, and two prohibited semi-automatic 9mm handguns
The three suspects, aged 23, 29, and 31, now face a combined 19 charges related to drug trafficking and firearms offences. One of the men was also found to be in violation of a conditional sentence order.
