The Toronto Police Service is notifying the public of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at approximately 2:20 a.m., police responded to a call for a Sexual Assault in the Ellesmere Road and Markham Road area.
It is alleged that the accused placed an ad in a Facebook community group posing as a registered massage therapist. The accused is not a registered massage therapist. The victim attended the accused’s address in response to the ad and was sexually assaulted.
Lutgrado Condicion, 38, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with Sexual Assaul and Disobeying a Court Order.
He was scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in room 103.
Police believe there may be more victims.
