The Toronto Police Service arrested a man in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that the accused, Fernando Oliveira, 64, of Toronto, works as a building Superintendent and offered to assist the male victim, a resident in the building, to find employment. While in his office, the accused sexually assaulted the victim
On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, Oliveira was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Breach of trust.
He appeared in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 105.
Police are concerned there may be more victims. An image of the accused has been released.
