HANNA, Alta., — Hanna RCMP are investigating after a person was seen prowling around a home on 5 Avenue late on May 20. Police say they were called around 11:50 p.m. after the homeowner reported someone trespassing on the property. By the time officers arrived, the suspect had already fled.
Security footage from the residence shows the individual standing near the front door and looking through the windows. RCMP say the same person may be connected to a similar incident reported on May 4 at a home on 6 Avenue. Images of the suspect have since been pulled from the video and are now being shared with the public.
Hanna RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in relation to this incident. Anyone with information or who recognizes the person in the photos is asked to contact the Hanna RCMP at 403-854-3393.
