The Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit has made a third and final arrest in connection to the March 3 homicide of 40-year-old Kingsley Murray Bruce.
On March 17, investigators arrested 25-year-old Sebastian ATKINSON in Winnipeg. He was charged with Second Degree Murder and detained in custody.
Emmanuel Max SPENCE (25), and Thomas Jeremy (TJ) SPENCE (39) had previously been arrested by investigators on March 9 and March 11 respectively.
Investigators have determined the three accused, and the victim were known to each other at the time of shooting.
On March 3, 2026, just after 3 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a gun call at an apartment block in the 600 block of Selkirk Avenue.
