Edmonton Police Homicide unit is investigating after a man was found deceased in a parking lot early Saturday morning.
At approximately 6:30 a.m., Feb. 24, Northwest Branch officers responded to the report of a man’s body in the area of 117 Street and 162 Avenue. Paramedics arrived on scene and declared the male in his 30s deceased.
Homicide detectives believe the man had been there for several hours prior to his discovery.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday, Feb. 26. Detectives are investigating the circumstances leading up to the man’s death and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
