Gleichen RCMP Constable Anthony Jacobs has been charged with perjury and breach of trust.
RCMP say they began investigating 40-year-old Constable Anthony Jacobs in October of 2023 for his conduct while on duty.
He has been suspended with pay and was released from custody on an undertaking. He has been working as a member of the RCMP for nine years.
He appears in Siksika Nation Court of Justice on December 12.
The conduct that led to the charges was not released by police.
