Winnipeg Police have charged Isaiah Adrian Moose, 23, Sydney Vain Moose, 22 and Ashtan Cole Peters, 28, with second-degree murder in the death of Mitchell Michael Hanslip, 26 from Lake Manitoba First Nation.
Winnipeg Police had responded to the 300 block of Magnus Avenue for the report of armed males in a multi-room residence at about 2:40 a.m. on Feb. 15. The suspects, armed with weapons, had forced into the suite and shot Hanslip.
