Toronto Police are searching for Luis Miguel Eucebio Severino, 29, of Toronto, for first-degree murder. He is wanted for shooting and killing Roberto Lowndes, 36, of Kleinburg, Ont.
On Dec. 9, at approximately 6:29 a.m., police responded to a call for a Shooting in the Wilson Avenue and Oakland Avenue area.
The victim was located on the road unresponsive, with gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Severino is described as 5’11” and 174 lbs. He has a muscular build, black hair, black facial hair and brown eyes.
