He was arrested for being drunk
A 48-year-old man has denied while in police custody at the Saint John detention facility. He was found unresponsive in his cell just before 6 p.m. on Dec. 14.
He was arrested for public intoxication.
The Coroner’s Office and the Serious Incident Response Team (SiRT) are investigating.
