The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has charged a 56-year-old man following a series of sexual assaults on women he met through dating apps.
In April 2025, police received a report of a sexual assault involving a woman who met a man through a dating app. Since then, additional complainants have come forward with similar experiences.
In four separate incidents, women communicated with the suspect through online dating platforms such as Facebook Dating, Bumble and Tinder. They were later invited to the suspect’s home where investigators believe the suspect drugged and sexually assaulted them.
