On Jan. 7, 2026, the Alberta RCMP Community Response Team with the assistance of RCMP Air Services, Parkland RCMP and Parkland RCMP Crime Reduction Unit; a stolen property investigation was concluded.
The Alberta Community Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence near Range Road 30 in Parkland County. Police arrested a male on multiple charges, and a female on separate outstanding warrants.
As a result of the warrant, police located and seized stolen items, drugs and weapons including:
- 9 non-restricted firearms,
- 1 loaded non-restricted firearm,
- 2 travel trailers,
- 3 flat-deck trailers,
- 1 Nissan Maxima,
- 1 Yamaha motorbike,
- And 10 grams of methamphetamine.
Justin Anger, (44), a resident of Parkland County, has been charged with the following offences:
- Unauthorized Possession of a firearm x 10,
- Possession of a loaded firearm,
- Careless storage of a firearm,
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 x 5,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 x 2,
- Tampering with a Vehicle Identification number x 2.
Justin Anger was remanded with his next court appearance on Jan. 14, 2026 at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert.
