Calgary Police Homicide Unit is currently on scene investigating a suspicious death in the northeast community of Abbeydale.
At approximately 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2025, Calgary police were called to the 300 block of Abergale Drive N.E. for reports of someone in medical distress.
Upon arrival, officers located a man deceased. The circumstances surrounding his death are now under investigation. Further information will be shared upon completion of the autopsy, which is scheduled for later today, Aug. 1, 2025.
