Together with the Edmonton Police Service (EPS), Calgary Police Services (CPS) have charged three individuals and seized 17.5 kilograms of drugs in relation to a provincial drug trafficking network.
In March 2025, the District 4 Operation Team began investigating an individual believed to be involved in drug trafficking in Calgary. Following a thorough investigation, officers identified several individuals believed to be conducting drug trafficking activities in both Calgary and Edmonton.
“Drug trafficking fuels organized crime networks across the country,” says A/Staff Sgt. Jake Debolt, of the CPS District 4 General Investigations Unit. “This investigation highlights how crime in Calgary can extend beyond our municipal borders and the importance of working together with our law enforcement partners to hold drug traffickers accountable.”
On Saturday, March 15, 2025, two individuals were taken into custody from a residence located in the 200 block of Sovereign Common S.W. A search warrant was executed at the residence, which resulted in the seizure of:
- 11.5 kilograms of methamphetamine
- 500 grams of cocaine
- $30,000 in cash
- High end jewelry and designer handbags, believed to be purchased with the proceeds of crime.






Jackson NGO, 32, of Calgary, was charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000, as well as one count of flight from a peace officer. NGO will next appear in court on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Ngoc “Jennifer” LE, 32, of Calgary, was charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000. LE will next appear in court on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Investigators worked closely with the EPS to share information, and on Saturday, March 15, 2025, the EPS arrested an individual believed to have transported drugs from Calgary to Edmonton. An additional six kilograms of methamphetamine and $4,000 in cash were seized during this arrest.
Adrian HOONG, 28, of Edmonton, has been charged with one count each of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime. HOONG will next appear in court on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
