Vancouver Police have arrested 28-year-old Dillon Goth and. Charged him with manslaughter in the death of Jason Robert St. Anne, 40, who was stabbed outside a shelter near Yukon Street and West 5th Avenue following an altercation on Jan. 8, 2023.
He remains in custody, said police on Feb. 23.
