Toronto Police charge youth in stabbing death of Scott Partington
Toronto Police have arrested a 16-year-old male youth in the stabbing death of Scott Robert Partington, 35, of Toronto, on Jan. 6 in the Queen Street West and Callender Street area.
Police say the suspect and victim were not known to each other
The youth is charged him with manslaughter, possession of a prohibited weapon and failing to comply with a release order.
