St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP searching for bank robbery suspect

At about 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 27, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP responded to a bank robbery on Main Street in Grunthal.

The investigation has determined that a man entered the bank and demanded money while making threats at the employees. Following the robbery, it’s believed he fled in a vehicle.

The suspect was wearing a dark coloured jacket and a black toque with a small logo and lettering beneath.

He is described as having shoulder-length dark brown hair with a moustache and some facial hair.

The Manitoba RCMP’s Major Crime Services, Forensic Identification Services along with officers from the St-Pierre-Jolys detachment are investigating.
