Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman after a body was found in the 600 block of Main Street on Aug. 10.
She is believed to be in her 20s to 30s, about 5-foot-5 with a thin build. She has short dark hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive mole above her left eye. Her eyebrows were coloured black.
She was wearing a grey “Bench” hoodie, black pants with a bright yellow stripe down the side, black socks, and black runners. She was carrying a large tan-coloured handbag and a blue “Roots” suitcase.
The police are appealing to the public for help in identifying this woman and bringing closure to her family.
