A 24-year-old Maskwacis resident, Bobby Larenze Bull, has been arrested after a serious assault in Wetaskiwin.
On June 17, 2024, Wetaskiwin RCMP received a report of an assault that occurred at an apartment on 54 street in Wetaskiwin. The victim, a 26-year-old resident of Maskwacis, was taken by STARS to hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the investigation has revealed that the victim had a confrontation with the suspect where the suspect struck the victim with several weapons causing the serious injuries.
Bull has been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, three counts of failing to comply with a release order, and two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
RCMP have been unable to locate Bull and a warrant has been issued for his arrest on this and other several other non related violent offences.
