Winnipeg Police arrested one man and are searching for another suspect in the murder of 19-year-old River Harper on Feb. 7 in the 300 block of Assiniboine Avenue.
Police released a photo of Jrayden Monias, 21, and ask the public for information on his whereabouts. They say do not contact him as he is considered dangerous.
Jadar Morrison, 20, was arrested at about 2 a.m. on Feb. 23. in the 500 block of Grey Street. He was charged with manslaughter and remains in custody.
