Martin Kwadwo Duah, Maleek Deonandre Noel Reid, Daekwan Skene-Dennis, and Jahsiah Brown face drug trafficking and weapons charges.
SASKATOON, Sask., — Four men are facing charges following an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Crime Reduction Team (CRT).
At approximately 11 p.m., June 4, CRT investigators executed two search warrants as part of an investigation into drug trafficking. With assistance from the Tactical Support Unit, two search warrants were executed at residences in the 2500 block of Meadows Parkway and the 100 block of Akhtar Bend. As a result, investigators seized:
- 2,829 grams of cocaine
- $33,949.00 CAD
- $899.00 USD
- $28,500.00 in counterfeit currency
- Loaded Glock 23 pistol and ammunition
- Prohibited magazines
- Packaging, scales, cell phones
- High end jewellery, bags, and shoes
Four men from Toronto, Martin Kwadwo Duah, Maleek Deonandre Noel Reid, Daekwan Skene-Dennis , and Jahsiah Brown, ages 24, 24, 25, and 27, are facing a total of 28 charges.
