On Feb. 26, 2026, around 5 p.m., Lloydminster RCMP responded to a report of a male trying to sell a piece of the stolen jewelry at a local store in Lloydminster. Police attended and arrested the male identified as trying to sell the jewelry, who is known to police as a prolific offender. Upon search incidental to arrest, police found two additional items of jewelry on the male, which had also been reported to police as stolen in this matter.
Dayton Albert Littlewolfe, 41-years-old, of no fixed address, was charged with trafficking property obtained by crime over $5000. Dayton was held in custody for a judicial hearing where he was subsequently released today and is to appear in court next on March 10, 2026, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Lloydminster.
The ‘Hall of Fame” ring has been recovered by police; however multiple items of jewelry remain missing. Police have obtained some photos of some of the missing jewelry items which are being shared with the public. Anyone with further information on this crime or the whereabouts of this stolen property is, including finding posts to sell online, in a pawn shop or otherwise, is asked to immediately contact Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400.
