On Sept. 23, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., Prince Albert RCMP received a report of a robbery on Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
As a result of investigation, four individuals were arrested and charged.
A fifth individual remains wanted.
27-year-old Toby Daniels from Sturgeon Lake First Nation, is charged with using an imitation firearm in an offence, and robbery with a weapon.
A warrant has been issued for Toby Daniels’s arrest. Prince Albert RCMP continue work to locate Toby Daniels and ask members of the public to report sightings and information on his whereabouts.
Toby Daniels is described as:
- Height: 5’7”
- Weight: 130 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: brown

Background:
20-year-old Zena Daniels from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with two counts, fail to comply with release order condition. She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Prince Albert RCMP.
23-year-old Alyssa Bear and 25-year-old Jayden Sutherland, both from Sturgeon Lake First Nation, are each charged with one count, break and enter.
32-year-old Paul Ermine from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with break and enter, using an imitation firearm in an offence, and robbery with a weapon.
Zena Daniels, Alyssa Bear, Jayden Sutherland, and Paul Ermine appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Sept. 25, 2025.
