The Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit has identified a suspect in the murder of 39-year-old Ralph MOISE, who was fatally shot on May 23, 2025, in the 300 block of Cumberland Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Paul Xavier BONNICK, 33, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
On May 23, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the 300 block of Cumberland Avenue for the report of an injured male.
Central District General Patrol officers arrived on scene and located a male on the ground suffering from serious upper body injuries. Officers provided emergency medical care to the 39-year-old male victim, including the use of chest seals.
The victim was transported to hospital in critical condition where he has since succumbed to his injuries.
