The Manitoba Integrated High-Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) has issued a public warning regarding Winston George THOMAS, a 48-year-old convicted sex offender considered a high risk to re-offend sexually against women and children.
THOMAS was released from Headingley Correctional Centre on June 24, 2025, after serving a 507-day sentence for multiple breaches of his probation order, including failing to comply with a curfew, report to his probation officer, and moving without permission. He is expected to reside in Winnipeg.
