The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a wanted man for two counts of Fail to Comply with a Release Order.
On Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at approximately 10 a.m. police were conducting a bail compliance check in the Warden Avenue and Bell Estate Road area.
Kayshaun Robertson, 20, of Toronto is currently before the courts for:
- two counts of Attempt to Commit Murder Using a Restricted Firearm or Prohibited Firearm
- Careless Use of Firearm
- Possession of Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Possession Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
- Use Firearm While Committing Offence
- two counts of Possession of Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
It is reported that:
- Kayshaun has to wear a GPS monitor, as a condition to a release order he entered into September 2023
- Kayshaun attended the area
- he removed his GPS ankle monitor and fled the area
Kayshaun Robertson, 20, of Toronto is wanted for:
- two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
He is described as 5’8″, 150 lbs., with a thin build. He was wearing a blue jacket with a black hood and blue pants.
