Winnipeg Police appeal to public for tips in 2023 murder of Sukhodool Gill

One year has passed since the murder of 39-year-old Sukhdool Singh Gill on Sept. 20, 2023, and police are asking for tips from the public .

He was found deceased at a residence in the 200 block of Hazelton Drive. Following a medical examination, his death was deemed a homicide, and the Winnipeg Police Service’s Homicide Unit began an investigation.

This investigation continues, and police ask for public assistance. Anyone who knew GILL, including members of the City’s South Asia community, is asked to contact investigators with any information regarding his whereabouts or personal interactions he had prior to his death.
