On March 3, Manitoba RCMP charged Ryan Wiens, 28, with second-degree murder in the death of a 48-year-old man.
On March 1, at approximately 7:35 pm, Emerson RCMP had received a call of a deceased man inside a home on 2nd Street in Emerson, Manitoba.
The victim and the suspect were known to each other, say police.
