Update: On Feb. 20, 18-year-old Dredynn Kenneth Ducharme was arrested without incident in Winnipeg by the Manitoba Integrated Violent Offender Apprehension Unit. He remains in custody on a charge of second-degree murder.

Manitoba RCMP are searching for 18-year-old Dredynn Kenneth Ducharme of Grand Rapids. He is charged with second-degree murder in the homicide of a 23-year-old man on Pinaymootang First Nation Feb. 12.
RCMP issued the warrant for his arrest on Feb. 15.
Ducharme is six-feet and 140 pounds with longer black hair and brown eyes, and believed to be in Winnipeg.
He is considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach. If seen, call police immediately.
On Feb. 12, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Gypsumville RCMP had responded to a shooting in Pinaymootang First Nation.
When they arrived, they found an unresponsive 23-year-old man outside of a home. Officers provided first-aid, including CPR, but he was later pronounced deceased on scene.
RCMP Major Crime Services, along with Gypsumville and Ashern RCMP, and RCMP Forensic Identification Services, are on scene and continue to investigate.
