A Yukon man was arrested in Innisfail, Alta., after allegedly assaulted a nurse and causing significant damage to at a care home, including destroying furniture, electronics and Christmas decorations.
At about 3:45 a.m., on Dec. 10, Innisfail RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter at Sunset Manor in Innisfail.
They say that Kale Michon, 22, from Dawson City, Yukon Territories, was still in the care home when they arrived.
He is charged with assault, break and enter, and mischief over $5,000.
Michon was taken before a justice of the peace and released with his next court date set for Jan. 12, 2024, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Red Deer.
