Rostam Poulad-Noshiravan shot to death in 2013. Who did it?
On Nov. 30, 2013, Rostam Poulad-Noshiravan was shot to death at his home in North Vancouver. He was a well-known ticket seller for events in the Persian Community.
Witnesses in Poulad-Noshiravan’s neighbourhood saw a vehicle speed away from the street after gunshots were heard, at approximately 1:18 p.m., on Nov. 30, 2013.
Rostam Poulad-Noshiravan, 69, had lived on the 4000 block St. Georges Avenue in the Upper Lonsdale neighbourhood for more than 20 years.
