Calgary police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man believed to have been involved in an assault in a northeast restaurant.
At approximately 12:20 p.m., on Monday, March 16, 2026, it is believed that a man was dining at the Ambarsariya Kitchen and Grill, located at 115, 78 Saddlepeace Manor N.E., when four people, two men and two women, sat at a nearby table. Shortly after, an altercation occurred between one of the men in the group and the victim. The group subsequently fled the restaurant.



After exhausting all investigative avenues to identify the suspect, Calgary police are now asking for help from the public.
The suspect is described as being 20 to 25 years old, 5’ 10” tall, with a slim build, black hair and a short beard.
