Cengizhan Yurtcu, Havanna Green, and Uighuy Tulake arrested
The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) Drug & Gang Enforcement Section (EDGE) recently concluded a drug trafficking investigation on a west Edmonton residence resulting in multiple charges.
On Nov. 25, 2025, EPS EDGE Section completed an investigation on a residence in the area of 214 Street and 49 Avenue. With the assistance of the EPS Tactical Section, a search warrant was conducted on the home and police seized:
- 632 grams of cocaine (approximate street value of $37,000)
- A loaded handgun
- 89,020 contraband cigarettes
- Approximately $34,000 in cash
- Various other drug trafficking indicia including cell phones, scales, baggies and more
- A 2020 Land Rover Range Rover and a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander were also seized as offence-related property.
Three men who were in the residence at the time the search warrant was executed were also subsequently arrested. Cengizhan Yurtcu, 18, Havanna Green, 22, and Uighuy Tulake, 22, are now facing joint charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000 and possession of a loaded restricted firearm.
“This was another successful operation by EDGE, who continue to target and investigate those who profit from drugs and violence in the community,” says Staff Sergeant Marco Antonio, EPS Organized Crime Branch. “The ages of these accused are particularly concerning, and we encourage anyone – especially youth – to make choices that avoid criminality. Involvement in drug trafficking and gang-related crime can lead to devastating consequences, not only for the participants but for our community at large.”
