Kimo David (Ontario Provincial Police)
An Ontario man wanted Canada-wide for breach of his parole was arrested in Saskatoon by members of the Warrant Enforcement Unit (WEU) last week.
Kimo David, 31, went “unlawfully at large” on Feb. 3, 2023, and was recently located and arrested in Saskatoon.
On Oct. 9, 2025 at around 3:30 p.m., Kimo David, was arrested without incident by the WEU at a residence in the 1100 block of Werschner Crescent following continued investigation into his whereabouts by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad since 2023.
With information that suggested David frequented Saskatoon and through ongoing coordination with the OPP ROPE Squad, the WEU began investigating, ultimately effecting his arrest in Saskatoon.
David is currently serving a four-year and nine-month sentence for various firearm-related offences and failing to comply with court-ordered conditions. Following his arrest, arrangements were made to have him returned to Ontario.
