A woman has been charged in connection with an elder abuse investigation, and police are seeking additional victims or witnesses.
On Feb. 5, 2025, an assault took place at a retirement residence in the Trim Road area. A senior sustained minor injuries.
Charita MUNAR, 65-years-old of Ottawa, who was employed as a personal support worker (PSW), has been charged with two counts of assault, and assault with a weapon.
She will appear in court Feb. 26.
