Winnipeg Police arrest three people, search for fourth suspect in murder of Ashley Murdock

Winnipeg. Police have arrested three people and are searching for a fourth suspect in the murder of 28-year-old Ashley Isabella Murdock of Fisher River and Jackhead First Nation, but residing in Winnipeg.

Kelly Marie Kroeker, 32, of Winnipeg, is charged with second-degree murder. Kenneth Walter Young, 28, and Charles Harold Wood, 38, both of Winnipeg are charged with accessory to murder.

The Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit is asking the public to report sightings of Devon Charlie Columb, 26, who is wanted for accessory to murder.  Do not approach him if you see him and call police.

On July 5, 2024, at approximately 7:20 a.m. Ashley Murdock was found deceased at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Kennedy Street.
