Loon Lake RCMP ask public to report sightings of Isaiah Alexander

On July 18, at approximately 1:27 p.m., Loon Lake RCMP received a report of a serious assault outside a business in Loon Lake.

Officers immediately responded and located an adult male, who was transported to hospital with injuries described as serious in nature.

Investigation determined a male approached the adult male outside of the business and assaulted him with an edged weapon, then fled.

Officers searched for the suspect by patrolling and using a Remotely Piloted Aircraft System. He was not located.

As a result of continued investigation, 26-year-old Isaiah Alexander from Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation is charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest and Loon Lake RCMP are actively trying to locate him.

Isaiah Alexander is described as approximately 5’8″ and 140 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. A photo of him is attached.
